Learn how to view calendars of staff members for whom you've been granted Reviewer access by your IT department.
🧭 Step-by-Step Instructions
✅ Step 1: Open Outlook (Web or Desktop)
- Outlook Desktop App: Open Microsoft Outlook on your computer.
- Outlook Web App: Go to https://outlook.office.com and sign in with your work account.
✅ Step 2: Go to the Calendar View
Click the calendar icon in the navigation bar (bottom-left on desktop, left-hand side on web).
✅ Step 3: View the Calendar
- After IT has added calendar permissions the calendar should appear under Shared Calendars or My Calendars in your Outlook.
- Tick the box next to the name to display it alongside your own calendar.
🔐 What “Reviewer” Access Means
With Reviewer access, you can:
- View all event details on the person’s calendar (subject, location, time).
- You cannot edit, delete, or create events on their calendar.
🧼 Optional: Remove a Calendar
If you no longer need to view someone’s calendar:
- Right-click their name under Shared Calendars.
- Select Remove Calendar.
