Create a Rule to Automatically Send Mail to Deleted Items

In the example below, I am creating a rule to automatically delete junk mail.

 

Creating Your Rule

  1. Find the message that you wish to automatically delete.
  2. Right click the e-mail, then hover your mouse over rule.
  3. Click the option that says "Always Move Messages From: *****"

       4. In the box that comes up, find and select "deleted items".

Your rule will process and move existing and future e-mails from the sender that you chose.

You can follow these same steps for any e-mail you wish to send to any folder.
