Adding Email to Phone

Adding your email to your phone can help you out with quick responses. Read on to learn more about it! 

 

iPhone Users; 

There are two ways you can add your work email to your phone: through your phone settings or through an app (Outlook, Gmail, etc). Let's start with the first one: 

1. Adding email through Phone settings

Go to Settings, then tap Mail, then tap Accounts

Tap Add Account, then select Microsoft Exchange. Enter your work email and your password. Keep following the prompts until the account has been verified. Tap Save to Exit

2. Adding email through an app

If you already have the Outlook app downloaded, go ahead and launch it on your phone. If it is your first time launching the app, follow the prompts, put in your work email information and it'll set up everything for you. If you already have a personal account on there, tap the Account menu button in the top left corner then select the blue plus sign. Follow the prompts and fill in your work information

Gmail is set up similar as well. If you already have the Gmail app installed, click on your profile picture then click on Add another account. Select Exchange and Office365 and fill in your work information. Follow the prompts and your work email will be added. 

 

Android Users:

If you already have the Outlook app downloaded, go ahead and launch it on your phone.
