Re-building Your Outlook Profile

If your Outlook profile has become corrupt or has stopped receiving mail for some reason, you may want to try rebuilding your profile.

 

Re-building Your Profile

  1. Type 'control panel' into your searchbar on your taskbar.

       2. Click on the 'mail' option.

       3. Click on 'show profiles'

       4. Remove your current profile and apply your changes.

       5. Open Outlook and log in again.
