This is a walk through on how to send Zoom calendar invites via Outlook.
Log into the Zoom app on your desktop and click on the "Schedule" button.

A separate box will pop up, asking you to fill out the meeting information. In the first area, you would put the title of the meeting. In the second area, set the date and time for when you would like the meeting to be held. In the third area, this is where you decide how your participates will join the meeting. You can use a pass code or a waiting room. You must have one or the other, otherwise Zoom will select the waiting room automatically. Once you have filled everything out, hit the "Save" button at the bottom.

Outlook will pop up with a calendar invite, already pre filled out. Your Zoom meeting information will be in the email for your participates. In the "to" section, put the emails of all the participates that you would like to send the invite to. Once you are done, hit the send button and the invite will go out.
