Setting Up Your E-mail Signature in Outlook

This is a step by step guide on how to set up your e-mail signature in Outlook. 

This example uses the corporate M3 e-mail signature.

If you are employed by a different business unit, simply copy and paste a co-worker or manager's signature and fill in your information.

 

Outlook

 

  1. Open Outlook.
  2. Click 'New Email' in your Outlook header.

       3. Click the 'Insert' tab followed by the 'Signature' icon followed by 'Signatures...'

       4. Click 'New' to create a new signature, then copy and paste the signature template under 'Edit signature'.

       5. Edit the template to match your personal information.

       6. Click 'Save'.

       7. Set the default signature for 'New messages' and 'Replies/forwards' as the signature you just created.

       8. Click 'Ok' and open a new e-mail message to see your signature.
