  4. Schedule a New Meeting:

    • Click on the "+ New Meeting" button in the top-right corner of the Calendar screen.
  5. Enter Meeting Details:

    • In the "New meeting" window, enter the following information:
      • "Title": Provide a descriptive title for the meeting.
      • "Attendees": Add the names or email addresses of participants you want to invite.
      • "Location": Leave it blank as this is a virtual meeting.
      • "Start time" and "End time": Set the date and time for the meeting.
      • "Recurrence": If the meeting will be held regularly, you can set it to recur daily, weekly, monthly, or customize the schedule as needed.
  6. Select Meeting Options:

    • Click on "Scheduling assistant" to see the availability of attendees at the proposed time.
