Search for Calls as a Dialpad 'Coach'

This article is useful in the event that you need to search for and listen to a call in the past if you are a coach of a coaching team in Dialpad.

1. Log in to your Dialpad account from the Dialpad.com or select 'analytics' from the Dialpad desktop application.

1. Select 'my coaching team' from the left hand side of the page.
2. Select 'users or groups'.
3. Find your coaching team and search the results that come up for the phone call you're trying to listen to.
