How to Send an Encrypted E-mail in Outlook

Encrypting email can significantly lower the chances of a hacker gaining access to the sensitive data within your emails.

Follow the steps in this article to send an encrypted email from Outlook.

Outlook

1. Open Outlook.
2. From the 'Home' tab, click on 'New Email'.

       3. Once the new email window opens, click the 'Options' tab and select 'Encrypt' followed by 'Encrypt Only'.

 

You have now encrypted your e-mail.
