When using Dialpad, you may experience issues with your audio. Whether that means not being able to hear someone or someone not being able to hear you, the steps below may help resolve the issue.
Windows Sound Settings
First, you should make sure your computer audio settings are set correctly.
- Navigate to Windows settings by typing 'settings' into your search bar or by right clicking the Windows start key.

2. Select 'System' and be sure your output and input are set to the correct option. (Note - this could be different depending on if you want your audio to come from your laptop, monitor, sound bar, headset, etc.)

Dialpad Sound Settings
Next, you should do the same thing for Dialpad.
- Open Dialpad.
- Click the settings icon located at the top right of the screen near your profile picture. (Gear icon)

3. Toggle through the 'Microphone' and 'Speaker/Headset' options and choose the options that match your computer audio settings in the steps above.

4. Click 'Test' to see if your audio options are set correctly.
