Connect your laptop to the TV in the conference room via HDMI for presentations and meetings at the conference table.

Connect via HDMI
Locate the HDMI cable at the base of the TV stand. Plug it into the HDMI port on your laptop. Use an adapter if needed for USB-C laptops.

Power on the TV & Select HDMI Input
Use the remote stored on the shelf of the TV stand to turn on the TV. Then press Input on the remote and select the correct HDMI port.
Tip: If the TV doesn't show your screen, try cycling through the HDMI inputs (HDMI 1, HDMI 2, etc.) until your laptop display appears.

Configure Display on Your Laptop

Press Windows key + P to open the Project / Display panel on the right side of your screen.

Select Duplicate to mirror your laptop screen on the TV, or Extend to use it as a second display.
For most meetings and presentations, Duplicate is recommended so everyone sees the same thing.

Your laptop screen should now appear on the TV. Open your meeting application or presentation and share as needed.

When You're Done
Unplug the HDMI cable from your laptop and return it to the base of the TV stand. Power off the TV using the remote and return the remote to the shelf on the TV stand for the next user.
