Las Vegas Meeting Setup
Connect your laptop to the large wall-mounted Samsung TV via HDMI for presentations and meetings in the conference area.

Connect via HDMI
The HDMI cable is stored on the shelf of the bookcase next to the TV. Retrieve it, then plug it into the HDMI port on your laptop. Use an adapter if needed for USB-C laptops.

Power on the TV & Select HDMI Input
Use the remote on the desk to turn on the Samsung TV. Then press Source or Input on the remote and select the correct HDMI port.
Tip: If the TV doesn't show your screen, try cycling through the HDMI inputs (HDMI 1, HDMI 2, etc.) until your laptop display appears.

Configure Display on Your Laptop

Press Windows key + P to open the Project / Display panel on the right side of your screen.

Select Duplicate to mirror your laptop screen on the TV, or Extend to use it as a second display.
For most meetings and presentations, Duplicate is recommended so everyone sees the same thing.

Your laptop screen should now appear on the TV. Open your meeting application or presentation and share as needed.

When You're Done
Unplug the HDMI cable from your laptop and return it to the desk. Power off the TV using the remote and leave the remote on the desk for the next user.
