Dialpad Troubleshooting Steps
This article covers some basic Dialpad troubleshooting steps for those days that Dialpad does not seem to be working quite right.
1. Run a System Test

Open up the Dialpad app and click on your Profile Picture in the top right hand corner. Once the settings pop up, look down and click on System Test.

Let the test run and see if there are any errors popping up. If no errors are popping up, move on to the next step.

2. Restart Dialpad
Look towards your profile picture while within Dialpad and click on the "X" button in the top right corner

Look towards the bottom right corner of your screen (where your clock is) and click on the caret arrow to pull up the "System Tray". Look for the Dialpad icon and right click on it.

Once you right click on it, three options should pop up for you. Click on the "Quit" option and Dialpad will completely close out.

Give it a minute or so before you try launching Dialpad again. If this doesn't resolve the issue, move on to the next step.
3. Restart Laptop
Look to the lower left hand corner of your laptop and click on the Windows logo. Click on the power button and click on "Restart".

4. Restart Router
Try to restart your router. Some routers have a power button on the machine itself, others can be powered off with an app on your phone. Please check your router and Internet Provider if you need help with this. If this does not work, please move on to the next step.
5. Check Dialpad Status
Dialpad has a status update off their website. You can use this link to check up on it: https://status.dialpad.com/
