Chattanooga Conference Room Setup

Connect your laptop to the monitor at the end of the conference table via HDMI for presentations and meetings.

1

Connect via HDMI

Locate the HDMI cable connected to the monitor at the end of the conference table. Plug it into the HDMI port on your laptop. Use an adapter if needed for USB-C laptops.

2

Power on the Monitor

Press the power button on the monitor to turn it on. Unlike a TV, there is no remote — the button is located on the monitor itself, typically on the bottom edge or side.

Tip: If the monitor does not display your screen after powering on, press the monitor's input or source button to cycle to the correct HDMI input.

3

Configure Display on Your Laptop

Step A

Press Windows key + P to open the Project / Display panel on the right side of your screen.

Step B

Select Duplicate to mirror your laptop screen on the monitor, or Extend to use it as a second display.

For most meetings and presentations, Duplicate is recommended so everyone sees the same thing.

Step C

Your laptop screen should now appear on the monitor. Open your meeting application or presentation and share as needed.

4

When You're Done

Unplug the HDMI cable from your laptop and leave it resting next to the monitor at the end of the table. Power off the monitor using its power button.
